Overall it has been a very nice experience from common area access to maintenance requests being addressed in a timely manner. My biggest "gripe" is a lack of communication either through the app or via direct email(s) that were not responded to by management on site.

Has a resident for over one year I can honsetly say I enjoy my apartment and all the amenities,the only problem that I have is the parking.I paid for parking and can't sometime get to use a spot due to first come basis. I also hate that the mail room in a hold another mess and my package are alway getting stolen please do something about these issue,and my electric bill is outrageousley high. Other than that I love my community thier at Alden Park One love Shelly S.

I’ve had a really good experience living in this community. The property is clean, well maintained, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The location is also convenient with easy access to shops and transportation. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice and... welcoming community.
