Lately I've been particularly grateful for our large heated pool and hot tub, as well as how efficiently the building handled snow removal during and after the big storm.

It’s a comfortable place to live, quiet and relaxing. People in our building are friendly. We luv our home here and very happy with our decision.

Buy a sound blocker, because the fire alarm goes off at least once a month.
It’s an old building without proper maintenance. This month the water has been shut off at least 3 times due to repairs.
Elevators often break, so not a good idea to live at 14 floor like us.
And be prepared to spend tons of money. Over than U$400 in gas heating and maintenance responded “contact PGW”.

I love my apartment and the greenery but there is not care for accessibility or communication. One elevator has been out or partially out of commission for nearly a month and the only other to this side of the building has been out of order sporadically. Management sent emails out initially but there has been no follow up nor have I witnessed anyone working on fixing the elevators. Management is quick to alert to things that inconvenience them or when they need access to your apartment but not... when it comes to actual issues.
I wish I had better things to say because I love my own space and being in nature but upkeep of the premises prevents this from being more positive.
