So I have been moving for a few days so far and the neighbors within my building are quite helpful! The lobby is clean and smells beautifully. Its very quiet and I love that the walls are made of concrete. Dispite I dislike how the young adults leave the security door propped open with an item from the lobby, true safety concern.

So far so good in the month and a half we’ve a been here. Rooms are spacious and nice, haven’t had any noise complaints, neighbors are really friendly. My only grips are some of the amenities. The package room is chaotic with packages all over the place making it hard to find where mine is and (while I know this isn’t the fault of the apartment.) Amazon drivers won’t leave packages in the Lux Box which has me questioning why am I even paying for it. I also wish the gym equipment was better... because it clearly needs updating. It works fine and does the job but it’s literally rusting.

Every large apartment complexes have their challenges, Alden Park is absolutely isnt perfect. But that being said all in all, i love living here.

The facilities and apartment are great and we love them along with our neighbors, but it always feels like a struggle to reach the office to ask questions. My vehicle was hit in the parking lot over night and I called and left a message for the office with no call back. That seems to always be the case for the front office here.

Move in process was simple and employees were helpful. If you’re looking for privacy and security, Alden park is the place to live. A gate to get in and out of the entrance, fobs for every door and security 24/7.
