The apartment is nice. There is zero communication from the leasing office and very hard to get in touch with anyone. So frustrating. They could also shape up the gym

I was shown a video of what my unit looks like before I signed the lease. Move in day, the unit looks completely different. My unit had no counter space even though in the video there was. My wifi also did not work for the first month but was still charged $65 for the month. The gate to get into the complex has been broken, and the door to my building has been left open and does not feel safe or secure.

Ac and oven not working well, which is disappointing. But outside of those two things the apartment has been great! It is nice being here. I recommend

Love the big windows and natural lighting. The pools are great. Room is very spacious. I like that there’s a lot of greens around the apartment to picnic on.

Everything's been great except for the fact that I am a little concerned about safety. All of the gates are broken. Three individuals broke into an apartment on our floor (in Kenilworth) a couple of weeks ago--they just walked in and got all the way to the 11th floor and walked right out. I emailed management about this and no one has reached out to me yet to explain when the gates will be fixed and why aren't there more security presence in the lobby of the building at night.
