The owner resides in the basement and has a separate entrance from rooming tenants. The tenants share kitchen, living/dining... room, bathroom and laundry area. Rooms are $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars) per week with all utilities and wifi included. Home and rooms are furnished. Roomers share access to furnished living, dining room furniture. There is no drugs or smoking of any sort in the property. No couples are allowed, no pets. 1 month rent and 1 month security is required to move in. Home is also still available for full 4 bedroom rental (Non-Rooming Tenant) for $2600.00 per month. Both a criminal background check and verifiable employment are required.
