I absolutely love this little house, and I'm looking for someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.

It's a fully furnished 2-bedroom rowhome in Fishtown with a private patio that's become my favorite spot for morning coffee, reading, or having... friends over on nice evenings. The house has a lot of character and feels cozy in a way that's hard to find. Friends have joked that it has a bit of a Friends apartment vibe - warm, collected over time, and full of charm rather than feeling like a generic rental.

One of the things I love most is the neighborhood. Within a short walk there's a public pool, recreation center and playground, the library, the Delaware River waterfront, and so many locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, and little neighborhood stores. There are community events throughout the year, so it really feels like a place where people know and enjoy their neighborhood.

The rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, and high-speed WiFi) so you can move in without worrying about setting everything up.
