I've really loved living in this apartment, especially because it offers something that is so hard to find in the city: a huge private deck with an incredible skyline view. Another thing I have really appreciated is the location. The apartment is in Graduate Hospital, which has a warm, neighborhood feel while still being close to everything. It is about a 10-minute walk to Rittenhouse Square, with other parks, schools, and some of the best food in the area all nearby. It feels residential and peaceful, but you are never far from the best parts of the city.
