This deserves zero states honestly. Trust me run far away from this place. If I could break my lease without penalty I would. It is absolutely horrific. Filthy hallways, with literal trash on the ground all the time, I have not once since I moved in 5 months ago seen anyone even attempt to clean. Property management is horrible. Roaches, Poop all over the parking lot. Loud neighbors allll hours of the night. The apartment and common areas are very very run down. They will lie and tell you... they’ll change it do not believe them.

"DOG" GONE SHAME
Even though they tell you no pets I always came out to my car in the rear parking lot and stepped over dog turds that would not be picked up. There was even dog poop on the stairway inside. I also had my packages stolen and I don't think the cameras even work.

Terrible
The maintenance is horrible!!! Theirs cockroaches and the building is always dirty. Someone threw up in the elevator and it wasn't cleaned for weeks. The washers and dryers are always broken. They will promise you nice things like hardwood floors, new appliances at move in and never actually do it. Prepare to move into a damaged apartment that will never get fixed and loud annoying neighbors oh and don't forget that if something is stolen from you or damaged they wont check cameras to hold the... person accountable.
