Washer not working . Came the same day , told me needed a new washer said in a couple of days will have one . Came the next day , just came knocking on the door . Without calling . Said they were going to come in , no way are they allowed to be in my house alone , I’m glad I was home . Got my new washer .

Smoke Detector new batteries I put in a maintenance service request form at 3:30 pm on Friday by 6:00 pm Friday I called the maintenance on call person the woman helped me fill out another maintenance request form and submit it again. It did get resolved on Monday afternoon, I had to endure the constant chirping until then.
