The walls are super thin. Residents can have as many cars as they wish here which creates problems with the limited parking. The townhome residents will also take the open spots even though they have a driveway and garage. The trash valet is quite noisy in the middle of the night, especially if you live on the first floor. Packages are frequently left outside from delivery drivers. If you work night shift, you won’t be able sleep during the day. The high school directly behind the complex is... wildly loud and brightly lit in the fall. If you have dogs, be careful. There are several people who live in this area that feel the need to walk their dogs off a leash or they don’t keep them contained. They won’t return your security deposit within 30 days. I had to call wpm mgmt to finally get it after waiting and waiting over 30 days.

Beautiful, Clean Apartments with Great Amenities and Wonderful Staff
I had a wonderful experience visiting Emerson Flats and was genuinely impressed with the entire community. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The common areas also appeared organized and carefully maintained, creating a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
Emerson Flats offers excellent amenities and convenient utilities that can make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. The community provides a... great balance between comfort, convenience, recreation, and relaxation. Its clean surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, and spaces for staying active can support residents’ physical health, while the calm and welcoming environment can also contribute positively to relaxation and mental well-being.
The staff made my visit even more enjoyable. Shannon was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain the apartment features, available amenities, utilities, and leasing information clearly. She answered all my questions carefully and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her warm personality, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made the visit comfortable and stress-free.
Overall, Emerson Flats seems like a wonderful place to live. I would highly recommend visiting this community to anyone looking for a clean, modern, peaceful, and comfortable apartment supported by an attentive and welcoming staff.

I had a leak in my closet that originated from poor craftsmanship on the roof construction. This occurred around June 4th, I am still having this issue and the closet has NOT been repaired and its now February.
Stay away from any property owned by Inch and Co.
