Been here for a year The apartments are very affordable, spacious, large yards with beautiful grass areas. The neighbors are nice and the location is very convenient.
On the other hand there is a roach / bug issue-they do keep up with regular exterminators appointments for the issue.
It’s a mold problem management acts as if it doesn’t exist, it’s in the bathroom walls and the basement so I wouldn’t be surprised the whole building is infected- When I brought up the issue the maintenance guy... lied saying it’s rust which it’s not , maintenance and the property owner both work together and aren’t to be trusted they just lie. The apartments are terribly built you will hear everything from certain Inconsiderate neighbors walking so heavily for no apparent reason causing my mirror to fall over and break!!
Property owner has a very nasty habit of sending texts out to everyone threatening to end people’s leases for certain issues they can’t determine which exact person is the root of it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The apartment was infested with roaches and bugs were everywhere from day one. No matter how much I cleaned or tried to get rid of them, the problem never went away. Management was rude and dismissive whenever I tried to bring it up, acting like it was my fault instead of fixing the issue.
They clearly don’t care about their tenants or maintaining the property. Save yourself the stress and money—don’t rent here!

Moved out a few months ago because Maureen was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Had to break my lease because of how terrible she treated my family and I. She made me feel bad for voicing my concerns- and then didnt resolve any of our issues. A few of my neighbors complained about her as well. Nasty lady. Do not rent here if Maureen still works there!

I moved here in early 2016 and am leaving three years later due to my boyfriend's job relocation. This apartment is especially perfect for a single person or a couple/family with one car, as parking is limited. Guest parking can be tricky as it has to be requested, but it's manageable. Although the living area is a bit small, bedroom is actually quite large and I had no trouble fitting all my furniture in the apartment. Admittedly, I've had a few issues with noisy neighbors.

Management's... been very helpful and attentive the entire time. They've answered my requests and always gotten back to me fairly quickly and resolved any issues I've had.

The location is GREAT - walking distance to several restaurants, SEPTA regional rail, and other businesses. It's also close in driving distance to both I-95 and 476 for commuting and Media Borough for entertainment. Read More

I absolutely LOVE it here ! It's my first apartment and I moved here to attend school. The neighbors are friendly and the management are super efficient !
