We can not control the heat in our units, management does. They have the heat on 100 degrees, we literally have to run the air condition all day and night.

Now there's rats or like management says,"mice", in every room. I mean a full blown infestation (neighbors on both sides of the street)and no help in site. This problem began in early March and its almost November. My place has mouse dropping. musty smell, pregnant and fast moving mice.
