Terribly Greedy Landlord

I’d give 0 stars if I could… the apartment itself is OK, but definitely small for the cost. They take advantage of the students because of the proximity to campus. Forget about ever getting your security deposit back. Now they require a non-refundable "management fee" instead of security deposit. This year they tacked on $185 in general cleaning, painting, and touch up fees. There was no damage, no holes in the walls, and the apartment was cleaned at move out. There was no reason for these... additional charges, which should be part of the ordinary course and covered by the landlord via the overpriced rent that has already been paid. When I try to get in contact about it, they ignore my calls and emails. Management is terrible when it comes to these landlord imposed charges. I would go somewhere else to live if you can find something else reasonably close to campus. Bottom line is that the landlord is a vulture that feeds off the students.

Money hungry

I’d give 0 stars if I could… the apartment itself is decent but just know when you move out you won’t get your security deposit back and they’ll add on additional charges. Like all the other reviews said, I got a bill being charged for damages that weren’t even broken 2 months after I moved out... Not only do you get charged for the price of the repair they charge each roommate. So for one damage they make triple. We spent a week moving out and cleaning the apartment there was no reason for... these additional charges and when I try to get in contact about it they ignore my calls and emails. Management sucks here. I would go somewhere else to live it’s not worth it in the end. Also the atmosphere is awful, expect there to be random people partying outside of your apartment not even students they’re people from the city. And you have to move your car because they’ll either break in or sit on your car. Management and cops don’t do anything.

Wish i could give 0 stars

Ridiculous amount of charges for minimal damages, they give little to no warning and will bust into your apartment, terrible experience living here. Also rooms are ridiculously small for how much they charge, and they don't care if you don't get along with your roommate. The whole "putting you with people like you" was a lie, my roommate was horrible and yet they didn't care. I also felt like in any dispute they took his side over mine, which felt very unfair. DONT LIVE HERE!

Horrible Management

Me and my friend were charged 200$ each to escape a crappy roommate in the middle of the pandemic... and instead of offering solutions, landlords tried pressuring us to sign another year. Apartments themselves are cramped closets, the amenities are free (but terrible), and they will do anything to wrong our dollars from you. Avoid these apartments.

bad services, dirty stairways. Online payment methods are inconvenient. Not a decent option compared with other housings.
