I’ve lived here for about 2.5 years now and honestly it’s been such a great experience for me. The team here is always kind and helpful when I have had questions, and maintenance, especially TJ, actually gets things done quickly which I really appreciate. The community is clean and has a beautiful walking trail/green park, the amenities are well kept, the pool area is never overly crowded and my unit has been super comfortable. Overall I feel like things are taken care of here. I definitely... recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s managed well and the rent is comparable to other apartment complexes, if not even slightly more cost effective on the West Shore.

Highly Recommended to my friends and fam
I’ve been a resident since the beginning and I’ve nothing but good things to say about the location, community, management, events, etc. The only thing I’m concerned about and dying to know is where do they hide these easter eggs!!!

Wonderful Management
The property is kept up very well and the management is both friendly and respectful. They handled any problems in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my tenanacy at Arcona Strand and would strong recommend the property to others.

Best place to live!
Lived here for 2 years before moving to a different complex. I wish I had never moved! Arcona is the best complex I have ever lived in, and that is why I am moving back! The original move out process was easy and even got my deposit back!
Thank you to Brittany for giving me such an enjoyable tour! She also made the leasing process this 2nd time around so easy and answered all my anxious questions quickly! I am so excited to be moving back into the community with my partner!
