I have lived in this apartment for about five months now and I am already counting down the days until my lease ends. Moving here is definitely not something I would recommend. The biggest problem is that the building is located less than 50 feet away from an active railroad crossing which means every time a train passes your home you get absolutely blasted by the sound of the train horn. The leasing agents will insist that it’s not that bad and that "you get used to it fast" but what they will... not tell you is that most of the trains actually come at night. I would say the most sleep I have ever gotten in this apartment would be less than two hours but most night you will be rudely awaked every hour on the hour for most of the night until 4 or 5 am. I am honestly shocked that zoning laws would even allow you to build so close to a railroad like that. The other problem the building seems to have is dogs: everyone seems to have them, but no one seems to take care of them I almost constantly hear barking in the building and again it often goes on all night. I have spoken to management about this but they did nothing, the next time it happens I am just going to call the SPCA and report it as animal abuse. The move in process was very easy. The staff is super kind, helpful, and transparent. The apartment looks just like it does online in pictures and is in very good shape. You get everything promised.

I moved in on May 1st. I wanted to live here for a month to see how I really liked the place before writing a review.

I'm super happy with my apartment! I work from home, so I'm pretty much always here. The community is really clean and well-maintained. The staff are amazing, from the first tour to moving in. It's a very quiet place. I'm looking forward to enjoying the clubhouse this summer.

My daughter and I have lived in a 2-bedroom apartment while she finishes her senior year of high school. As our rental time comes to a close I'm reflecting on what a great choice we made in selecting Arcona Strand.

Maintenance has been friendly and responsive, when needed. Communication from property management has been timely.

We love the updated look of our apartment, proximity to restaurants and coffee, and the walking trails. Residents have been cordial. We love see dogs on their walks... .

Potential residents should be aware that train noise is real and loud, although we've grown to tune it out. Inconsiderate noise from neighbors can happen anywhere, but was consistently our experience as our bedroom walls aligned with the stairwells.

What truly sets this place apart is the management team; they are incredibly professional and address maintenance requests almost immediately. If you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained, and friendly place to live, I highly recommend it
