I've gone 4 days with out hot water a heating guy come but won't fix the hot water due to code violation
Pretty sad people in the another unit are moving out and my lease is up at the end of May so they are going to have another unit empty.

When we moved in we were promised a renovated place and the only thing that was replaced was the carpet and fridge. The place was disgusting there was mold growing in the toilets and pee all over the floors in bathrooms. We were told cleaning people would be in and to clean before we moved in that obviously never happened. These places are not being renovated they are just throwing paint up and replacing the carpet. Only two of our appliances were replaced, they aren’t replacing all appliances... either. I don’t think what they are charging for these places is worth it. Maybe if they were FULLY renovated it would be worth the price but they aren’t fully renovated just an fyi to people looking for places to live. It’s been nothing but problems with this place since we moved in.

This is an awesome property and has everything I’ve been looking for. Really great and responsive management and they are putting a lot of money into renovation of the property.
