Highly Recommend Riverside Foundry
Living at Riverside Foundry in Marietta, PA has been a genuinely great experience. This community stands out not only for its beautiful setting, but for how well it’s managed and how valued residents are made to feel.
The leasing office team, especially Tammy and Hannah, is attentive, professional, and truly invested in the residents and the community as a whole. Their responsiveness and care go a long way in creating an environment that feels welcoming and thoughtfully run.
The grounds are... consistently well maintained, and it’s clear there’s pride in keeping the property looking its best. Just as important, maintenance issues are always addressed promptly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in everyday comfort and peace of mind.
Riverside Foundry feels like a place where details matter and residents are respected. It truly feels like living somewhere special, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering making it their home.

Wonderful apartment
Near trains but quiet anyway, heating and aircond are great, ceiling fans are a plus, plenty of space and single floor living, w/ wash and dry in unit, refrig makes all the ice you'll want, parking is very good, management is friendly and very helpful, oh, and they like flowers here, that's a biggie, w/ 2bed 2ba, we give riverside foundry a 5star rating

Do NOT believe description.
This place is incredibly overpriced compared to other places in area, and it is right by train tracks where trains pass by at least 5 times a day, which was never mentioned. The apartments itself are very nice, but not ready on time of move. They also don't clean it before move in. There is no ice maker like mentioned in description, and it's not waterfront.
