Everything at first was great in this place! But then true colors started popping off from this place and the management. We had to pay for someone to come remove the drain from the shower cause our shower kept clogging and on the 8th time, I asked for their help. When asked why we were charged, we were told that no showers have ever been clogged in this complex and we are responsible for that. Then, our rent increased by $150 to which they said its cause of the housing market. The staff at Wolf & Kline is very rude every time I have called in for everything- they act as if they know everything and have a snippy attitude. They use the "lease agreement" to their advantage, yet when you counter them back with something in the lease that they aren't abiding by, they brush it off.

Everything in the apartment is very cheap- the paint scratches if you so much as... touch it (forget about scrubbing your walls because you'll take the paint off); the floors scratch very easily; the carpet is terrible; and you can hear your neighbors entire conversation because the walls are so thin. This apartment is great. All appliances are included, including a washer and dryer. The only issue I have is the lack of cable/internet providers in the area. Unfortunately, there isn't much of an option when it comes to that. This is probably only because the complex is so new. But over, great place!
