love these apts. i just sign for another year, this is my 2nd year. i get lots of compliments on my apt how big n nice it is.i love the window sills and plenty of closet space.maintence is very well here . there r only 4 words i can describe about this place i love my apt.....................carol is great at running this apt complex. grounds r always cut n looks very nice here.....................i would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get an apt..............

Worst Place to live in.
Do not move here! The complex is infested in bed bugs, and Carol seems to not care. This is now the THIRD apartment that I know of that is infested with bed bugs, which more will be infested because they just move to the next apartment if not treated correctly. Carol has no clue what she is doing and is very ignorant. You can't even get her to return phone calls after calling several times leaving voicemails, probably because she is never in the office. The township inspectors even said they can... not stand her, she is nothing but a problem. And no, I do not live here but I do know quite a few people who live at Pennsbury Woods.

Be careful
I have lived here about 2 years ago and my aunt lives here now. She is a heart patient and has recently been in the hospital and has had a major surgery and can't get around and has a large rip in her rug... after living here for about ten years she has begged and pleaded for them to fix her rug and they have procrastinated for ever and ever. They have threatened them with court and still won't fix anything. They never fix stuff when supposed to, Karol is never in the office and always... socializing with her daughter.... please, please do not think about moving here. Save your money and protect your children. Their was recently a murder in one of the apartments and have multiple stabbings in here. The schools are great but this place is horrible.

Affordable and clean apartments
My family and I have lived her for many years and we are very happy. I raised my daughter here and now we have a new baby, we have no intentions of moving. I would recommend my family and friends to live here.
