The property is poorly constructed, the hallways smell like so much cigarettes, and there are roaches.

The pool definitely does not look like that lol to be honest this place is very old and it’s in between renovations. I got my apartment here in August officially moved in in October by November. I had to have plumbing redone in my entire apartment because my kitchen and bathroom would flood from the upstairs apartment. Keep in mind I am in a “ newly renovated” apartment . You cannot use the gym as advertised they built it about 2 years ago and never let anyone use it.. this is not how our pool looks .some of this is for advertising purposes. Some of the owners in the office are rude , and get ready for your rent to go up $100& up every year. It’s ok here they need to work on customer service in the office and be genuine with the residents .

I've lived here 5 years and have seen a few new owners take over. Silverstone is by far the best. They came right in here in June and started getting rid of all the "troublemakers" that live here. They installed new doors with key fob and painted and installed new lighting in the hallways. They have installed a new security system with cameras and it really makes you feel safe. For the first time since I've lived here, I feel safe. Great Job Silverstone. Keep up the great work.
