I can’t say enough about living here. From the office staff Courtney(Manager)Kathy, Karen, Nancy and Andrea. Very professional and friendly. Maintenance is also great from Andy (Manager), Chris, Justin and Chad. When you call the office they tend to any needs that you have promptly. The grounds are beautiful, the pool and the fitness center are well maintained. They throw many parties through out the year in the clubhouse which also is beautiful. The neighbors are great. We intended on leaving... here after a year of selling our home in 2014. Here it is 2019 and we signed another lease with no plans of leaving anytime soon.

Big Apartments and GARAGE
Apartments are very big. Absolutely loved my garage this winter. Didn’t have to clean my car off once!!!! Staff is nice. Had a few issues at move in but nothing major and they took care of everything right away. Apartment was clean and what I expected.

The windows are all blown out. It's noisy, expensive and run down. Ask them to see the appliances and electric bills before you sign on.

We love it here
Been here going on 3 yrs. We love living here. The apartments are big and very convenient with the washer and dryer room just off the living room. The attached garage is very nice to have. Nice professional staff in the office and a quick response maintenance team. Overall a nice community to live in and very safe. Highly recommend.

jacobs woods
This is a perfect place for us. The apartment is perfect, spacious and reasonable and the amenities are numerous. Two pools, jacuzzi, hot tub, gym, steam room, large screen tv room as well as a large beautiful room to rent for parties with a full kitchen to use. Excellent upkeep of apartments and grounds, especially during snow removal. My husband and I couldn't find all these features at all the other apartments we looked at 6 years ago and we are staying here forever.
