We have lived here for about a little over a year now and I will say Wheatland Hills is a nice and peaceful place to live. Lots of spacious outdoor grounds for kids to play and the spacious dog park for dog playdates and the maintenance is top tier, they always get things done fast and efficiently! The down side is that these are older apartments so you can definitely hear neighbors below or above you very easily even if they are just laughing out loud, you can hear it. Other than that I would... recommend this place to anyone

Great place!
I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been great. The location is great with route 30 and Fruitville pike being minutes away. Great community with active improvements, attentive staff. Would recommend.

Cozy place to live
The property is well maintained and the events are great, especially in the summer time. The 2 bedroom is a good size and has a separated dining room which is nice. Would recommend!
