They advertise amenities, but there are really very few that are worth anything. The "yoga studio" is just an empty room - no mats, no blocks, no nothing. The gym doesn't even have a water cooler or wipes to clean the equipment. The "business center" is also just a big, mostly empty room. The hallways and elevators are always dirty and the elevators are often non-functional. There is a package room, but they don't seem to be able to figure out... how to let delivery people into it so most packages are left in random spots outside the building. The "dog wash station" is just a tub with barely running water. There are no hooks to keep the dog in the tub or even hooks on the walls to hang a towel (and, of course, no dryer.) The list of what this place doesn't have is very, very long.
And there are a lot of mice.
It's obvious the rental company is just trying to squeeze every last penny out of the residents while giving as little as possible for that money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at West End Place has not met your expectations. We take your concerns seriously, and members of our corporate team have personally reached out to you in... hopes of discussing your experience further.
We also want to provide some additional context and share the steps our team has taken in response to your feedback. The fitness center is equipped with a water bottle filling station and cleaning wipes, and while residents are asked to bring their own yoga mats for sanitary reasons, we are looking at additional ways to enhance the yoga studio. We are also adding a blow dryer, soap dispensers, and hooks to the dog wash station, and our maintenance team is investigating the water pressure.
Following your conversation with our Leasing Professional, additional signage was placed throughout the apartment community to help delivery drivers access and properly use the package room. We will continue working with delivery companies to help ensure they have the appropriate access information and codes. We have also recently added an 85-inch television to the business center as we continue enhancing our shared spaces based on resident feedback.
