This quiet and relaxing apartment complex is conveniently located for an easy drive into Lancaster city and the Amtrak station. We love the walking paths for access to shopping and restaurants. We love the large kitchen and ample cabinet space. Communication with management is simple through the Eclipse portal. Any questions or maintenance needs are addressed quickly and professionally. We made a great decision when choosing Eclipse!

stay away
Not a smoke free community. people smoke on balconies and by the doors with door open. can hear everything neighbors do. ongoing construction since april. dumpsters overflowing. spraying toxic chemicals on a weekly basis. lease will state you can pay monthly and then they refuse to give you the keys until you pay them entire year up front plus water and sewer.
