Been here 10 years and will be here probably for life.
Been here 10 years and will be here probably for life. Love my garage, had new carpet at move in, great location, maintenance calls always timely, staff always helpful and responsive. Driveways plowed and sidewalks cleared when it snows. Grass always mowed when needed. Pretty quiet neighborhood. The walls could be soundproofed a little better and the windows could be insulated better, though.

No Problems Here!
We've been here 5+ months and we have nothing negative to report. When we first moved in, there was an issue with the furnace and management had it repaired. The neighbors are very friendly and the grounds of the property are well kept. The location is conveniently located to the turnpike and there is plenty of retail an dining in the area. I would definitely recommend Walnut Ridge Townhomes to friends and family!

Extreme Disappointment
They only show you the model townhouse, which of course is made to look nice. The younger lady at the desk was incredibly rude to deal with and acted like we were just a waste of time to her. She offered little to no information and kept insinuating that we couldn’t afford any of the apartments.

Rude and unhelpful
Tried to ask questions and was rushed through the viewing. The women were more concerned about getting off of work, then helping me by doing their job, even though I had an appointment set up, and was the only one there. She rushed through handing me the paperwork and would give me vague or run around answers. They had no details about any question I asked regarding the apartments and barely wanted to speak. The south office was very inconsiderate and I wouldn't feel comfortable living there if... that's how everything is handled.

Management Needs Some Work
This place would be a great place to live if it wasn't for management. There are 2 people in the office - younger girl who is very nice and the older woman Shirley the manager who is not pleasant at all. She has an attitude when there is an issue with the townhome. She can be heard sighing in the background when an issue is being explained to the younger girl. I think she misses the concept of renting as opposed to owning your own home. You need to report any issues to management when you rent.... That way they can ensure things are fixed properly and not left up to the renter who could possibly cause further damage. It makes it very hard to report any issue when you know it will be addressed with an attitude. It's frustrating enough when something breaks, but to know that the report will not be received well by management is beyond unacceptable. I see that there are other bad reviews about management specifically naming Shirley. If Walnut Ridge invested in someone who understands customer service (like the younger girl), I think the reviews would improve and it would be viewed as a very nice place to rent.
