This is a small, rustic living space. Not everyone likes it; some people love it. Has a small kitchen with antique iron sink, open shelves, range, refrigerator, microwave and small table/chairs. No dishwasher.

The main room has a low sleeping loft accessed by ladder. There’s a full bathroom with large closet and a utility closet with old but functional stacked washer/ dryer. An additional small room can be used as an office or closet. A pleasant, private deck off the kitchen overlooks several acres of open fields with deer, foxes, coyotes and other wildlife. Hunting is not allowed.

There’s a queen sized mattress in the sleeping loft and a single sized daybed in the main room.

One window air conditioner pretty much cools the whole place. Floors are carpeted or vinyl, walls are white, woodwork is white or natural pine. Windows have mini blinds, large windows also have insulated blackout drapes.

Plenty of outside parking with drive-up motion lights.
