Be sure to document your unit as to any broken or non working items or you will be charged upon moving out. Neighbors are noisy. When complaints were Made management stated you can’t hear them the floors are made of cement. Two washers and dryers for each 11 unit building. They tell you you can only use one washer at a time because the sinks will over flow. They dictate what you can and can’t keep on your balcony- no bikes. There is no other place to store bikes on the property. They... enter your unit without notice. Rent increase ever year, even during a pandemic when many people were let off from jobs. You can find a much nicer cheaper place else where.
