I had a roof despite repeated patch jobs kept leaking to the point of the walls crumbling and constant sinus infections. Terribly hot on top floor. Turned it down but still had to run my air un winter. Very poor maintenance.

We have lived here for 2 years now & we’re still very happy. Free pool in the summer! The property manager & maintenance guys are top notch & they always get back to us whenever we need anything. A bonus for me is I’m only 5 mins from work. It’s quiet. Once you’re in the quad, you don’t realize you’re on County Line Road. Highly recommend.

This is a great little complex. We have lived here for a few years and have really enjoyed it. The apartment manager is friendly and has always been willing to work with us. The only downsides to living here is the only air conditioning unit is in the living room so during the sweltering summers it can be a bit hot. Other than this, it is a nice little place to live. Very convenient being located right on County Line Road.

I love my apartment here in Hatboro! Right on the main road but doesn't feel that way. My apartment faces the courtyard, where we have park benches to relax and enjoy the view. Close to many stores and restaurants.we have a beautiful swimming pool...which just happens to be directly out my back door. Pet friendly, I have 2 parrots and they are also very happy here. I've been living in the rosewood apartments for about 8 years now. I like it because of the pool and all the neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I really feel secure with security doors on all the apartments to keep out the riffraff . If you have any Maintence issues there on it immediately.
