Lost a bag of items. The items were discarded and I have yet to be provided a reason why. The staff has been rather rude and dismissive of the genuine concern I had about the procedures taken to return lost items. Can you really call yourself a "luxury apartment" if you just throw away tenants belongings they accidentally leave behind? The staff does not have your back and they do not care about your feelings or concerns. They have 0 interest in being better. I'll let you decide if you want to... live in this environment or not.

Property is good
The customer service to handover the apartment went smoothly. Luckily we never had a issue while staying here for 2 years. The service provided was great and the property was well maintained. Lot of parking spots around the building to park; valet trash service was good and nicely operated - Sunday through Thursday. The whole team at Lehigh Hills - thania, margie, orlando, nicko, gerardo, charlotte are good. They organize great events for the tents at the community around the year. Along with,... good apartments to rent, they provide something called community gardening. It works as a therapy for my family. They've utilized the community space for the tents very well - community garden, bbq machines, dog park, kids park, kids room, walking track.

Beautiful but…
Property is absolutely beautiful, after being the first tenants in one of their brand new apartments for a month, noticing the buildings were built quickly. Constantly having elevator issues, one morning the power went out around 4:30am followed by the fire alarms BLARING starting at 5:30am and staying on for 4 hours. Which left most of the tenants having to sit outside in the cold for 4 hours. So just take the beauty with a tiny grain of salt.
