The new management of the building not only returned what little of my security deposit they left LATE, but used it to offset their planned renovation costs. I left the place with virtually no damage and they still claimed $900+ from my security deposit. You’ll also never actually talk to anyone from management - they are hands off with their tenants.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the move-out process. We do want to clarify that the security deposit deductions were based on the documented condition of the apartment at move-out and... the costs required to address those items, not on planned renovations or general property improvements. Photos and documentation were completed as part of the move-out inspection, and the remaining balance of the deposit was returned. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt communication with management was lacking. Our team works to stay involved and responsive throughout each resident’s tenancy, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify your concerns.

The new office manager Allie is great. she meets tenants needs, she's super helpful, nice and response fast. we are greatful to have her and greatful for the community management change. great place to live, truly.
