3535 State St is located in Erie, PA in the 16508 zip code.
I have been a tenant for over 7 years and the new owner has made plenty of improvements since purchasing the place back in 2018.
3535 State Street is well maintained from inside by the cleaner to the exterior being landscaped year round. Hallways were re-carpeted and hallways were recently painted this year as well as interior lights replaced.
New professional enlarged mailbox was installed to replace the original from 1950 that only held letters and it was showing age. The new mailbox stands... six feet tall and is able to hold packages.
Camera system was installed through out the entire unit inside and outside. Also, brand new washers and dryers were installed by the new owner. When I have an issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner.
Love living at this place.

Management is awful avoid here at ALL COSTS
I have lived here for a year and am just now moving out. Prior to moving in I was told that my apartment would be cleaned and repainted. Neither of those were true it wasn’t repainted and it sure as hell wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was covered in stains from the previous tenant, the drawers still had old silverware and weird sticky substances in them, and the bathroom sink had cigarette ash in it. My sink would back up about 3 times and week and when brought up to management they never did... anything just said that “it happens”. They are lazy and don’t care and won’t do anything to help improve this place. To top it all off they kept my security deposit because I didn’t give a 60 days notice which was impossible for me to give as I hadn’t even applied for my new job 60 days prior. Avoid this place at all costs it is not worth it and very trashy. Management is awful and lazy and all around worthless. Move literally anywhere else
