I applied, their third party software kept incorrectly reporting my income. Had to jump through hoops and send them tons of documents and they still rejected me after making me wait almost a month for a response, I would call every day waiting until just before the offices closed and no one would contact me first. Management was rude and superficial. They genuinely don’t care about the people who are looking for a home. They dont allow co-signers either, and slide the price of the base rent... depending on when you want to move in. So apply today, suddenly the rent is 400$ cheaper than if you apply to move in at the end of the week.

Not wortg your money. Stay away
Full of bugs,cockroaches , and mosquitoes. Manager can't communicate, very rude and services are poor. There are better apartment in easton to rent with low rent and offers the best (recommend the manor). Rent is not worth it. Packages are stolen Very old apartment and amenities are old too. Please take your money somewhere else.
