Do not rent these apartments you will regret it. The walls are infested with mice. There has been 11 in our apartment just in 11 months, tons of bugs, the ventilation is horrible so there’s constantly mold growing in the bathroom. Whenever you contact the landlord, nothing gets resolved. I have been having the same problem for 11 months they fix nothing they do not care there’s tons of entryways through the walls for pest and bugs to get in. It has been hell.

Adequate living for the price
Adequate living for the price, although, being situated near the Delaware River, the grounds do have a" Summer months" pest issue ( Spiders, Boxelder Bug). With that said, never have I had a significant pest issue. Parking is plentiful (No designated tenant space, or "sticker" parking) but vehicle must be inspected, and registered. The landlord has always been respectful, maintenance friendly. Repairs have never taken more than 2-3 days upon call ( unless serious -plumbing, heat), which... immediate attention has always been rendered. Grounds and complex are suited with 24-hour surveillance, and tapes can be provided, ( according to lease) sometimes up to a month upon the date of the request. I rarely hear noise from adjacent apartments, which is good , as I work from home, and the majority of tenants are kind. All in all, I find it decent, and affordable.

Nice Place
The pictures posted here are not the same as the place now. It must have been recently renovated. My apt is very spacious and clean and comfortable. The onsite maintenance man was a gentleman and was very responsive to any of our needs. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this place.
