Couple of things My heat did not work properly for the coldest month. Rent adjustment for that was meager.

Sports sim not working for almost a month now, and no communication on that.

People working at front desk are very helpful.
Facilities in and outside seem generally clean and orderly.

Getting better Issues with appliance upon move-in was fixed immediately. Elevator issues have been minor. Staff is really nice, but security could be improved and various gates/doors don’t lock properly. Overall, very happy with my decision to move here.!

Despite having lived here for a year, I cannot recommend this building to new residents. The amenities and facilities are absolutely not worth the price tag. To start, the parking lot is overfilled constantly. There is an absurdly overpriced parking garage in addition to the lot parking, but the leasing office has actually admitted that even if all the spaces in the garage were taken, there would not be sufficient parking for the entire building. As a result, the residents are left to a carousel... of chance of whether or not you receive a nightly $10 ticket from the city for parking illegally, and it appears the building is making no efforts to remedy the situation.

On top of that, the trash chutes are broken near constantly. Literally only once so far this year(currently writing this in May!!!) have both the trash and recycling chute been functional when I went to dispose of things.
As for the actual units, the fire alarms are extremely sensitive. We have had it going off when the oven is just preheating, no food or anything present to even burn! There was one night where the fire alarm for the building went off three separate times, including at 2am and 5 am! The flooring of the balcony warps with the weather and has degraded the seal along the door. We once had a leak when our upstairs neighbor first moved in and started using their water. We had a whole in our ceiling for a week while they tried to spot the leak, ultimately to no avail, but it did fortunately stop. The most frustrating part about all of these failures is that the maintenance staff are actually relatively good, and will repair things relatively quickly so I'm left to believe that it is just incredibly poor management that leaves such a beautiful building in disrepair.

The only redeeming quality is the concierge staff that works at the front desk. The team of Ashinae, DJ, Rachid, Brea, Boaty, etc. are all fantastic. They truly care about the residents and will go out of their way to help you or provide information. Without such incredible concierge staff, this building would crumble.

It is also conveniently located near the train station so I suppose that is another plus. Read More
