This property has a really bad roach and mice problem. Maintenance doesn’t do much to fix the problem. Washers are constantly broke, hallways are filthy, rent is always going up, and management doesn’t care to fix these problem. But they make sure to put up “leasing now” signs outside to attract new tenants. Don’t fall for the hype.

Entire process was easy, fast and leasing office was extremely helpful & nice the whole way through.

They raise your rent every year. No exceptions. Raised mine without me signing off on anything. $70 or more.
It’s a nice space, but they painted the walls so many times that paint falls off if you try to hang anything.
Also. If you get an apartment here, I hope you don’t have a car. There aren’t nearly enough parking spots in the complex parking lot. There are about 12 less spots than there are tenants. Your car will get towed if you don’t park in the apartment parking lot.
