This is the best complex to live in Chester. Its safe, quiet and clean. If i have a problem with anything they’re on immediately. Heather the office manager is nice, friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve been living here for years with no complaints. 5 stars

I have been living here for years and it is a true pleasure. We have nice neighbors who are always happy to lend a hand. Management is taking care of any concerns swiftly. I am looking forward to living here for many more years.

infested with cockroaches, paper thin walls, shoddy/cheap interiors that immediately start to deteriorate. neighbors are friendly, office staff is rude

MI scheduled a tour and upon arrival the lady, heather, seemed as if she didn’t want to show the apartment. She then rushes me thru the apartment, shuts the door and doesn’t open after me ringing the bell. I wouldn’t dare spend my money if she’s who’s in charge! Bummer bc the apartment wasn’t that bad .
