I have found this to be an affordable and safe location. Rent raises have been small (2% a year) and the property manager is very responsive to question, concerns, and maintenance. Unit soundproofing is not the best though.
Amenities: Fridge, dishwasher, and oven provided. Thermostat provided. W/S/T provided, renter pays gas/electricity. Parking is generally available before 8pm. There are 1-3 washers/dryers each per unit, $2 in coins per machine.
Very walkable suburban area, although a bit... further from downtown. Within a few blocks' distance from Giant, Save a Lot, CVS, a laundromat, and multiple gyms. There is a small park and playground area across the street.
