I have lived here for a couple of years now, along with my favorite furry companion, my dog. We are so happy to have picked Society Hill! It's a small place, so it feels like a condo. It doesn't have a lot of fancy stuff (they have a pool... it's beautiful but that's the only amenity). But they have a lot of open, green spaces for me and my guy to go for a walk, and he just loves meeting new dog friends. The views are amazing (we are near a farm & a church), and the apartments are very, very... big! Lots of closet space. And I want to take a minute to talk about how wonderful the manager is. She is so attentive and helpful, always ready to help or answer your questions. I can't recommend it enough. I have been here for a few years now. I absolutely love this community. The property manager is amazing. She is very responsive and available when you need her, and maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it takes a few days for him to come by for minor issues I have, but I understand because it's a small complex and it's only him. The after hour maintenance guys have all been so nice and reliable too and they are a phone call away if it's a real emergency. Society Hill is a beautiful development that is located close to every major highway, mall, and restaurants within just a few minutes. However, it is also far enough distanced to provide a peaceful and private living community! I’m just so happy to call Society Hill my home!

Society Hill Apartments is not just an apartment complex but a COMMUNITY!!! Its quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, busy work schedule, etc. People in the Community are nice. During the summer, the pool is amazing. Best of all, the office manager Cher is incredible. She really cares about the tenants and their pets. She's also very professional!!! Anyone interested in joining this "feel like home" atomsphere and the availability, give Cher a call.

I moved to society hills apartments without even checking the apartment before i moved. It is great so far and great area. Cher is amazing she is easy to talk too and she is willing to help when i need help. I love the place so far and cher made my move easier than expected.
