Poor management
Building is old. Management takes a weeks to fix their appliances. AC was dripping condensation on carpet for 4 weeks - they only drilled a few holes to the outside for the water to drain, which lasted only 2 days. Water is literally dripping onto the carpet like a faucet and soaking it a few feet out from the AC. Management does not take our claims seriously.
