My wife and I lived here for almost 5 years, and have never experienced any major issues with the quality of the unit or when having to call maintenance out, which was rare. Shelley, was absolutely wonderful during all near 5 of those years and even when we moved out and we had a snafu with a few things being sent to the old apartment in the mail, she went and picked it up and even sent everything to us to our new address. Staff is amazing and quick to help. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Grounds are kept in great condition, and they are always upgrading. I've lived here 7 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Lived in Bridgewater for years. Property Management changed and now everything is horrible.

I lived at Bridgewater apartments over the past year now. So far I have had a very easy and comfortable time here. When I moved in I thought I was going to be dealing with the possibility of having to deal with noisy neighbors being at the bottom unit but whether or not its because my neighbors are quiet folks or the insulation is great I'm not sure but I NEVER hear my neighbors above or beside me not even my neighbors dogs which is great for me as I typically work long hours and enjoy my rest.... The rest of the neighborhood is pretty quiet as well. The maintenance staff really shines here. I've had only two instances where they actually had to do work inside my apartment. The first time I had a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom and maintenance was there the next morning to fix and it took them less than an hour to get in and out. the second time they repaired a leak under my sink and again the process was painless. I was also worried because I read reviews that mentioned bugs but when I spoke to the representatives of Bridgewater apartments on the phone they informed me that the apartment are located near a stream and that there are some spiders and occasional insects that make their way into the apartments sometimes but there are no roaches. I've lived here a year and I can say that is pretty accurate. The occasional spider or whatever but no roaches which would have been a major deal breaker for me. The apartments are on the small side, but they are nice. There are larger townhomes that are very nice here. The area is very clean and well kept. It's also a safe area. Everyone is friendly. Its location is minutes from shopping. You can bike everywhere. There's plenty of parking spaces. Palm Coast is a great smaller city. We love it!
