Highly recommend living here at Delaview! Moved in May… my first time renting and Abe has been kind and has made the process easy for me. You can’t beat the view you get from your large balcony. The property is quiet, well maintained, and the people are nice. See maintenance here basically everyday and the landscaping people are here every week specifically during the summer.

I have a beautiful river view at Delaview and a generously sized, brick-walled patio. It's an easy walk to the Bristol Wharf and the shops and restaurants on Mill St.

The apartments are beautiful, the location is amazing, but more importantly, the management actually cares that its residents have a good experience. Abe specifically has gone above and beyond to make sure this apartment feels like home to me and my son.

Delaview Apartments. I love my apartment and the view. Great neighbors and friendly. Quiet and great for walking and running. Would recommend.
