Delaview is a great community on the river with spectacular view right from your balcony. Excellent location in the borough with friendly neighbors, this apartment will always get a recommendation from me. Management and maintenance respond quickly and maintain the common grounds and parking lot all year, all weather. I very much enjoyed the time I've lived here.

I lived for 3 years and it's been an amazing experience. The management is responsive. Quiet, safe neighbourhood of bristol borough, and the view from the balcony makes this place one of the best.

I had a beautiful view of the river from my balcony. Building is surrounded by great restaurants and is close to downtown. Abe in management was great. Always took care of any concerns I had with kindness and professionalism. Would recommend.

Once was a beautiful place to live, management has ruined this place, electrical problems, flooding issues, Mold issues, lost gas service a year ago they are still trying to convert tenants to electric heat, have no access to laundry, place is a dump stay far away!!!
