Do NOT live in this mold infested apartment complex with lazy maintenance workers.
Maintenance takes forever to fix problems, and the problems need to be fixed multiple times. We have had mold in our apartment and they just painted over it. Now the mold has returned and they are refusing to do anything stating it isn't mold. Our tub leaked constantly, water was shut off with no warning for multiple hours numerous times throughout the summer, heat doesn't work in the winter, and the hot water runs out super fast. Neighbors smoke pot and it makes its way in to the hallways. If... you complain about a neighbor, the office will send you a notice stating a complaint was made against you. Smoke alarms in the hallways don't go off if there is a fire. Back door doesn't shut properly allowing anyone to have access to the building. Parking lot and sidewalks are never salted and allows for a buildup of ice. Do NOT rent from this place. Save yourself the hassle.

I have been at Boothwyn Court for overy a year now and I'm rather pleased with it.
I'm main complaint is that maintenance request take a while to be completed
