Paper thin walls, bad heating and cooling

I can hear my neighbor literally blow their nose. Now imagine having to deal with someone waking up at 4am everyday with their alarm and playing music and whatnot. No thanks! Heating/cooling is very spotty as the units are cheap and can't regulate temperature well
