Cozy apartment in a half double home. Sperate front porches and separate rear. This house has been updated with new flooring , painted whole house, remodeled bathroom recently.
I have a fridge and stove in there now, I also have a washer in storage... if need. I supply appliances for free on condition that if they break you have to fix or replace them.
The downstairs living room is 12x18 with a closet as well. The kitchen is about 10x10 next to dining room about same. Upstairs has two bedrooms. Main bed is about 11x17 and secondary bedroom is smaller at about 12x10. The bathroom is 8x6.
The house is oil heat,however it's a newer big unit, doesn't run much make it through winter.
Will consider a single small cat or dog at my discretion.
