Apartment application requests race, which is illegal in PA. The company ID number is nowhere to be found, and contacting is near impossible. Was looking forward to sending in an application, but after reading through it. I decided otherwise, considering no photos of the apartments are present.

The apartments themselves are beautiful. Great hard wood floors, nice carpeting in the bedrooms. Within walking distance close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the town's pool and the local school district. However time and time again the manager of the property, Diana, has come off as extremely unprofessional while communicating with potential and current residents. Losing important tax documentation such as Social Security identification, license/identification, leaving horrifically... grammatically correct or short cold emails/letters, incorrect information when it comes to maintenance, and numerous other issues. If you can handle a frustrating management then by all means move in because the property besides that is amazing.
