Love Cricket Flats,
Good Management is essential and they are great!
Nice apartments with roof deck with grill and fire pit,
Located in the heart of Ardmore, I walk everywhere which is important for me.
I have never heard a single complaint from residents, Just renewed my lease again !

Overpriced. Management finds creative ways to charge tenants on top of the substantial rent. Construction was poor quality and cabinets started falling apart in a few months. The dishwasher broke down four times in two years of living there. Also, the bathrooms don't have any windows.

Really great living experience overall - amenities, appliances, etc. One thing is that the walls aren’t that soundproof - can hear music from next door every night which is very bothersome.

Cricket Flats is a true gem. Moved here from Center City, Philadelphia in mid-October and couldn’t be happier. Ardmore is the perfect Urban-Suburban Town. The building is within walking distance to the train and suburban square. The apartment is constructed with thought and quality. The super luxury unit that I'm in has great upgrades (i.e. appliances, wood floors through out, heated floors in the master bath, etc.) The management truly cares about your experience. Always attentive to... any issue. A great place to live.

I moved into Cricket Flats back in late October and I have found living in the building to be great. The apartments are new and have upgraded kitchens and baths with wide plank wood-look flooring in the areas that do not have ceramic tile. The building is quiet and in an excellent location - you can walk to almost anything you could possibly need and only a two minute walk from taking a 2 hour train ride to NYC of 20 minutes to Center City.
Although COVID has created some restrictions, the... common areas are well appointed and offers the renters access to upscale extended living areas. I would highly recommend Cricket Flats.
