Unsafe and Uncaring Management – Would Not Recommend
I’ve lived at this complex for four years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I no longer feel safe, respected, or comfortable in my own home—and management has made it clear they are not interested in addressing resident concerns. Safety & Security:?There have been multiple incidents of unknown, intimidating individuals loitering in the hallways. When I brought this to management’s attention, they told me, “There’s nothing we can do.” That’s become a common response—complete... inaction on serious issues that affect residents’ safety. Air Quality & Smoking:?Illegal marijuana use is widespread, both inside and outside the units. Smoke from the apartment above enters my home through the vents, and people smoke outside near windows, leaving me no access to fresh air. I’ve gotten sick repeatedly and had to buy four air purifiers out of pocket. Management said there’s nothing they can do and that others have “a right” to smoke. When I suggested alternative methods that don’t harm others, they dismissed me entirely. Noise & Harassment:?Noise is another ongoing issue. One neighbor frequently blasted loud, profane music. When I complained, management claimed they could do whatever they wanted in their unit. Eventually, police were called—not by me—proving it was disruptive to others, too. Since then, that neighbor has made threatening gestures toward my camera and continues to cause problems. Management has not stepped in. Maintenance Issues:?While the maintenance staff is friendly, they’re not professional or properly trained. They’ve entered my home and slammed things around, left messes, and generally been careless and disrespectful. They don’t seem to know how to fix things properly, and work is rarely done right the first time. Building Quality:?The construction is very cheap. The walls are paper thin—you can hear every movement, every conversation, and every noise from both neighbors and the hallway. There’s no sense of privacy or peace. Office Staff & Communication:?The ladies at the front desk are not helpful or friendly. They don’t return phone calls and rarely seem to have accurate information. I’ve also been incorrectly charged for renters insurance for months, even though I provided proof over a year ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, the charges continue. Conclusion:?Between the poor management, unsafe conditions, bad air quality, noise issues, I can honestly say this is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Frustrating beyond belief
I lived here for a little over one year and was greatly disappointed with my experience. During our walkthrough of the apartment we were told we would be getting a new dishwasher installed before we moved in. Upon moving in it was apparent that the dishwasher was old as it had dirt in all of the crevices. The cabinets were sticky and the countertops were stained. The bathtub had been painted with white paint that peeled off the first time we used the shower to reveal scratches and stains in the... surface of the tub. The washer was so small it could not wash more than 2 towels without shaking so much that it moved the entire washer/dryer unit. My boyfriend lived here for 6 months before I moved in was added onto his lease. It took over a month just to receive a signed copy of the lease after I moved in which I needed for other things in my move! When I moved in I was not given my own key to the mailbox or my own fob to access the clubhouse despite requesting them. When trying to terminate my lease I left multiple messages over the course of weeks with no response. There are so many other apartments in the area don't waste your time with this one!

Terrible office service
They never answer their phones and if they do by chance then they just take a message saying they’ll get back to you but never do. Still waiting for a call back from the 5+ messages I’ve left. Pretty unprofessional. Highly recommend to avoid.

Terrible.
TL,DR: live somewhere else
Been renting here for about one month. Last Friday, my oven caught on fire while preheating. There was nothing in it, yet when I opened the oven door, there were flames coming through the floor. Good thing the fire alarm works at least, because within minutes the apartment became dangerously smoky. We put it out with a fire extinguisher immediately and left the house, waiting for the smoke to clear out. Afterwards, we cleaned up the mess for 3-4 hours.
They sent a... maintenance guy that night who basically told us: "There's no gas leak. Things like this happen. It's ok guys. Way to put it out"
Monday, I went to the office after I came back from work a bit early at ~2, because I was told to "file and incident report". The lady at the front tells me the boss lady has to do it, but she's in a meeting and they will call me when she's done. At 4:30 I walked back to the office, since they hadn't called back. Turns out boss lady just finished her meeting and "has to go" and she will "do it Wednesday".
Also, the walls are paper thin, even on the "new" side.
Basically, both the infrastructure and staff are terrible. It looks nice on the outside, but if I could do it again, I'd live elsewhere.

Terrible apartment complex
I am giving this place one star because the maintenance staff were great, but this was the worst rental experience I have ever had! The management office is unprofessional and they never answer the phone, despite sitting at their desk all day. Their fees are atrocious, and they often make mistakes with billing. There was mold in my apartment and they did nothing. Ever person I know that has lived here, despised it and moved out, some even broke their lease to do so. The new apartments are nice,... but it is not worth the headache of dealing with management. The only positive thing is the maintenance staff. It is actually the only office you can get in contact with through the office number. They are quick with repairs and always on the premises.
