This apartment consists of 2 floors. Walk into your apartment and be greeted by the kitchen. The living room and bathroom follow. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. Street parking only. No dogs please, there is no green space for them, and that's not fair to them. Gas cooking is included. Please note charges in addition to monthly rent: Trash $60/month Ratio billing for Water & Sewer (that means the bill is split up among everyone in the building, based upon how many people live in each apartment) Renter's insurance/Landlord Liability Protection Insurance is required and if not provided, will be charged back to you through rent. Combined household income (before taxes are taken out) must be 3x the monthly rent to qualify. Anyone 18 years or older needs to apply. Important Information: Prospect Property Management and Maintenance will NEVER ask for payments via Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. We do not accept cash payments.
