This is a an apartment with a lot of character and very quiet bedrooms you can’t hear a peep.

The living room is 14 x 14 with a fake fireplace and windows on two walls to allow a cross breeze on cooler days. The laundry area is off to the side,

The dining room is 13 x 13 with a double window overlooking the yard.

The kitchen is small and kind of outdated, but its an old house if you’re looking for a modern kitchen this is not your place although it does have a brand new dishwasher a nice sink, stove and range, the refrigerator is on the small side also. Tile floor, nice backsplash and small butcher block countertop.

The bathroom is tiled recently and has a brand new sink. The bathtub is also in great shape. Also there’s a big closet in the bathroom and a medicine cabinet. Fan and vent.

The upstairs bedrooms are both small with a standard 8 foot ceiling in the smaller room that is 10 x 10 and it’s going to have fresh brand new carpet

The bigger bedroom has a L shaped design and slanted roof. It’s the coziest room in the apartment. It has two different areas where there are windows. I’d say that room is probably hard to say what the exact measurements are but probably 12 x 12 altogether.

There is attic space for storage and a small office also on the third floor. I used the small room as an office with a desk and a chair for years. It is3’x7’. It has a window so it feels bigger.

The biggest downside to this apartment is that the bathroom is on the second floor and the bedrooms are on the third floor so if you get up to go to the bathroom a lot at night, it’s not for you!

The picture don’t show the renovations that are underway. The second floor is being repainted it already has really nice hardwood floors.

The two staircases are also getting new carpet and the entire bedroom floor (3rd floor).

Ideal apartment for a couple with one elementary school age child. Walk to school at one of the best Elementary schools anywhere.
