The property is disgusting. Garbage everywhere, poop everywhere, bugs in the stairwells, etc. I don't think ever in the 2 years I've lived here as ALL the washers and dryers worked at the same time. The laundry room is everyone's trash and is leaking water everywhere. I've put in the same maintenence request for over a year and have been ignored. Don't live here.

Worst management company.
This complex has gone through many different Management companies in the 3 years that my son and I have lived here. The newest ones have never fixed anything. Mold grows severely. Doggy park covered in dog poop bags because nobody has ever come and emptied the trash definitely in the past 6 months. Parking is terrible. Never enough. Maintenance man moved out they have not replaced him yet. My son has had a tarp over his window for over 6 months for a leak not fixed. We had to beg for the... entire siding on side to be replaced Because it was so water damaged. Oh and your aunt problem in spider problem will never go away. A 100 things more wrong with this place.

DO NOT LIVE AT TIGARDVILLE APTS
The management is not on sight so nothing is enforced such as bonfires, trash, parking, smoking, feral cats etc. We have lived here 2 years. Everything LOOKS renovated in photos but in reality its just a band aid over a cheap and falling apart bones. Constant mold in the showers and when you call maintenance, they just paint over it. The water is always leaking. There is no website for these apartments. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with management and take an awful long time to get... back to you if at all. The train is the absolute worst part. it comes by every 2 hours or so and is mandatory to blare the horn for an entire 30 seconds as it goes by at any time of night and day. The train is so close, it shakes and rattles the entire building. There is a car shop behind the apartments and they are loud and have dogs. I absolutely would never recommend anyone living here.

Shitty
New management sucks. They never upkeep with the trash around the property, they lost my paperwork and told me it’s my responsibility, they never call back or answer when you’re trying to get a hold of them. Price is super steep for a place that’s 810 square foot, continually grows mold and all they do is paint over it when you put in a maintenance request, laundry machines don’t dry clothes and are always damp when I take them out no matter how small the load. Pool lining will cut your feet,... dog park is very small and they never empty the trash. Location is great but that’s all they have going for them. Overall I don’t suggest moving in somewhere where you can’t count on management to even give you a call back or keep ahold of your paperwork, let alone take out the trash. Not worth your time.

Looks are deceiving
Bad things: -Stairs up to apartment entrances are covered in dirt and the bugs. -Gets way too cold in winter -Drawer next to oven doesn't open because it hits the over door, you can try and fix it, it will just go back, makes cooking annoying because the oven door won't open all the way because of it either. -Lock on the door is one of those smart locks you can use with your phone but they constantly lock when the door isn't even closed and I had a neighbor get locked out because of it so it... wasn't just ours. -Doorways to the bedrooms are built really bad, when you try to close/open them they end up grinding against the doorway. (Which is loud and I know you may think this isn't a super bad problem but trust me, it is terrible and there is no avoiding it.) -But what sucked the most: the mold. It was inevitable! We had it on the ceiling in our dining room, when they "fixed" it the got paint all over our stuff in the dining room, they didn't even get it all plus it didn't work, they told us to keep the windows open after we cook so it doesn't happen again. So we did even when we didn't cook (even though it was winter which just made the place colder. We had to cower in our bedrooms just to get away from the freezing living room, and our bedrooms weren't exactly warm either). It started to spread into the living room, bathroom and one of our bedrooms despite our attempts to keep it at bay and there was no way we were calling the maintenance people because we didn't want paint all over our apartment again. I still have furniture with that paint on it because I couldn't get it off. -Parking sucks. The spots are small and it was a challenge to find a spot. We had to do a 5 point turn just to leave a spot because the whole lot was way too small to accommodate the amount of people living there. -The storage closet on the balcony was littered with bugs just like the stairs and we counted about 9 wasps nests in there that were just left behind (YEAH, that's not terrifying at all!). -Paint on the bathroom window sill peeled off. -When the mail person would deliver the mail they would park right in the exit with no room for anyone to get out. We would have to use the entrance drive way which puts us at a larger risk of getting in a crash.
Good things: -Sometimes, people would walk their dogs through the courtyard and you could see them through the window.
Don't live here, unless the dog thing is good enough for you then go nuts, but don't say you weren't warned.
