This place was the absolute worst. IPM is a horrible company, absolutely no respect for the people that live here. I was renting an apartment but chose to move out due to unsafe people in the building. I left call after call, email after email for weeks and had no response. I had to reach out to IPMs manager to even get a call back that took another week. Finally after I got a response they told me I owed another months rent because I didn’t give them enough of a heads up which was a lie, they... just refused to answer, call back or respond.
