This apartment complex has a really bad mold problem. In the walls, carpet, windowsills. We have made several complaints to the landlord and they barely do anything. They gave us a dehumidifier to “fix the problem” and just painted over the mold in the bathroom. Our most recent find, the bottom of our mattresses that has been on the carpet, is COVERED in mold. Our landlord isn’t doing anything about it and left early today, even though we were told someone would be here today to check the... foundation under the carpet, before the new carpet was laid down.

I Love Where I Live!
I have lived at Gateway Village since December 2018 and I absolutely love it. My one bedroom apartment is spacious, perfect for my dog and I. The grounds are well kept and great for taking my dog on walks around the four different quad's. The office staff is excellent and always very helpful. I love the location, walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to downtown Eugene. I highly recommend this community, the most bang for your buck!

Broken over priced apartments
Where to start... I have had an apartment here for the last year and a half. About a week after my girl friend and I moved in I started noticing the interior paint was spotty splattered and all over the the light fixtures. The sliding glass door barely openes and screeches loudly when jt does open. Also the carpet was not installed properly, at nine to ten months the carpet started to wrinkle and ruffle. Next the kitchen faucet broke loose from its mounting. These are just the few major... problems with this apartment. I went into the office and talked management to get our problems fixed. They told us they would send someone, but nothing ever happened....

Not a Fan
The staff there used to be great, but a bunch of them left around November/December. For the price, there are much nicer/newer places in the area. No air conditioning and heat is in the ceiling. My electric bills were crazy high. The place needs A LOT of work. Also, no pets allowed, but dogs are roaming around everywhere.

Good management
It's a good apartment for the price and location. Management is very nice and helpful. I haven't had any issues with neighbors and the walls seem thick enough to mask sound. The only downside to this place is that they don't have washer and dryers in unit. Otherwise it's a great first apartment.
