We live on the top floor and smoke from units below just comes up all summer LONG. Zero landlords seem to care. State inspection probably needed here for up to code work. 2nd hand smoke huge issue in these units. we wont be staying long. DO NOT RENT here... not smoke free..

This comment is from a tenant a number of years ago. VISTA TERRACE Apartments maintains a no smoking policy for all of its apartment units. The home rules speak to this issue directly. Smoking in the unit or on the deck of the unit may cause... termination of a lease. The complex continues to meet all federal and state laws concerning smoking and will do so in the future.

Nice and surprisingly spacious
From the outside it looked like it would probably going to be a little cramped, but once we got to look at the inside it is very spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is really nice witch already a plus.
