Lovely community in a great residential area of Salem. Timely maintenance, nice leasing and maintenance staff that listen to resident feedback. Updated fitness center with other nice amenities like package lockers, fire pit, sport court. The leasing office hosts resident events relatively routinely.

They wrongfully keeps rental Deposit by fake and shady repair bills
Move out and parking is a mess. They have 30 days settlement time post move out and thats the catch. I learnt it hard way as after move out, they took long time to settle. I gave them cleaned apartment but they made that dirty and then shared those doctored photographs and claimed they needed 500 for cleaning. Eventually they will rip you off from your hard earned money by shady practices.
